OPENING TIMES

Visiting us is by appointment only, we open exclusively for appointments. We offer weekend appointments and after-school/evening appointments midweek.

 

Head to our 'Visit Us' page to Book an Appointment or alternatively you can also contact us via our social media pages to book in. PLEASE NOTE: We do not have a telephone booking system available.  Appointments can be booked up-to 3 weeks in advance.

(Please note: Our Hartlepool store is based on the 1st Floor and does not have wheelchair or pushchair access due to stair access. Our Sunderland store show-rooms are on the 1st and 2nd Floors with stair access, however we do offer a ground floor changing suite for trying on gowns, as we can bring gowns down to the ground floor.)
